1. Apply the Patch: Gently remove the patch from its backing and place it on a clean, hair-free area of your skin. Avoid stretching the skin prior to application to maintain natural tension and prevent discomfort.

2. Wear Duration: For best results, wear the patch for approximately 8 hours. Avoid applying lotions or creams to the area to ensure effective absorption.

3. Removal:
- Wet method: Moisten the area before removal to reduce adhesiveness and make removal easier.
- Oil method: Apply a small amount of oil to the area before removal. This helps deactivate the adhesive and allows for a smooth, painless removal.

• Do not reuse patches. Use immediately after opening.
